Whole-Person Care. Lasting Results.

.At Prescribing in Mind, we believe you are more than a number on the scale. Our Medical Weight & Wellness program takes a personalized, medical approach to help you feel better, improve your health, and create sustainable change in your mind and body.

A Personalized Approach to Your Health

True wellness comes from addressing the whole person including mind, body, and lifestyle.

Your care may include:

  • Comprehensive health evaluations

  • Root-cause assessment

  • Lifestyle and nutrition guidance

  • Laboratory testing when clinically appropriate

  • Medication when clinically appropriate

  • Ongoing support and accountability

  • Regular follow-up visits

  • A personalized plan designed around your individual goals

What To Expect At Your First Visit

Step 1: We Get to Know You

Your first visit is about understanding you.

You'll have an opportunity to discuss your current weight, highest adult weight, personal goals, usual meals and drinks, activity and exercise routine, previous weight-loss efforts, physical limitations, and relevant health conditions.

We'll listen, assess, and work to understand what you're hoping to accomplish.

Step 2: We Gather the Right Information

Depending on your individual needs, laboratory testing and other assessments may help guide your care.

Labs are ordered only when clinically appropriate, and testing is priced individually based on your needs.

Step 3: We Create Your Personalized Plan

There is no single plan that works for everyone.

Your plan may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle changes, and medication when clinically appropriate.

Medication is one option—not the program.

Step 4: We Continue to Support You

Your care doesn't end after your first visit.

Regular follow-up visits provide an opportunity to check in, offer ongoing support, make adjustments when needed, and help you work toward lasting results.

Small changes, supported consistently, can create meaningful results.
